Baxter OV500G2-EE Rack Oven

2024 Hobart Baxter OV500G2-EE energy-efficient rotating double rack gas oven, used for approximately two months. The oven accommodates two single racks or one double rack and is designed for commercial bakery production, including bread, rolls, pastries, cookies, and other baked products.

The rotating rack and forced-air heating system provide even baking. The oven also has a steam system for adding moisture during baking.
