STEAM TUBE OVEN

The main characteristic of this oven is a heating system. Temperature is spread among gaps of decks as circulating heated liquid inside tubes. So it provides equal heating all points of baking surface. There are steam producers which produce required steam for each deck. Touch screen, computer or manual cotrolled panel is available.
