This high-volume line is ideal for producing pita, flatbread, and pizza. It includes a 25 ft hydraulic dough lift and loader for efficient handling. The line features three spiral mixers: a Kemper Model PRO150, a Topos Mondial Spiral Mixer, and a large double spiral mixer to accommodate various dough requirements.
A TROMP sheeting line, purchased new in 2019, ensures consistent dough thickness. The six-tier proofer facilitates precise dough fermentation. The Rademaker/DenBoer 60' tunnel oven employs an impingement method and a chain-drive wire mesh belt, promoting even baking. Additionally, the IJ White system includes spiral cooling and entry and exit conveyors, optimizing the cooldown process. An ArtyPac Model 80V is present for efficient packaging.
Most equipment was purchased new in the 2010s, highlighting its recent vintage and reliability. The entire line operates on 480v, 3-phase, 60Hz power, ensuring compatibility with standard industrial electrical systems.
