The 2021 VDE Machines Wire Cut System is a new, high-precision forming equipment, tailor-made for industrial applications. This state-of-the-art machine comes with a 1200mm wide band and is completely servo-electro driven, featuring a single-headed wire cut extruder. Its robust construction is demonstrated by solid 1.5-inch side plates that support heavy-duty stainless steel feed rolls, each powered by individual AB Rockwell Servo motors and superior gearboxes.

Designed for precision and efficiency, the feed rolls incorporate "saw-tooth" grooves, enabling excellent feed through slow rotation. Additionally, the machine is outfitted with easily removable Delrin seals and a Delrin filler block for optimal roll scraping, ensuring clean and reliable production runs. The wire cut attachment includes dual independently controlled servo motors, allowing for customizable cutting and wire drop motions, adaptable for various product configurations, which can be saved as recipes on the HMI interface.

The system's technical highlights include an integrated Nema 4X control panel, AB Rockwell PLCs, inverters, and servo drives, complemented by a 10-inch color touch screen operator interface.
